Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actress. The actress Abigail Spencer was an American actress. Born on August 4 the 4th of August, 1981.  Jennifer Carfagno (born July 19, 1976) is an American television meteorologistwho is employed by The Weather Channel (TWC) as a co-host of AMHQ from 9am until 12 pm on weekdays along with Alex Wallace. Born and raised in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, Carfagno attended Pennsylvania State University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Meteorology in 1998.    Carfagno was an intern at The Weather Channel while she was still at Penn State.
